Refund Policy
We have a 90-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse with a tracking number. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund—only items sent back to one of our designated warehouses will be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact us at info@nuveradiance.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
If your product doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a free replacement, which is a faster and more cost-effective solution than a return.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, our team will have already processed your order, and it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refund processing time: 7 days
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
